ORIGINAL HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D. CERTIFICATE
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE (MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD) OR PASSPORT
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR PHOTO ID
IF MILITARY SERVICE A DD 214
THREE REFERENCES ( NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED)
CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ($25.00)

STUDY GUIDES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE TEST AGENCY DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. (COST: $10)

YOU WILL BE GIVEN A TEST TIME FOR SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2015 WHEN YOU FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. THE TEST WILL BE HELD SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2015 (AND IF NEEDED SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2015)
THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE THE TEST.

AFTER THE TEST HAS BEEN TAKEN AND SCORED YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERVIEW.
YOUR TEST SCORE AND INTERVIEW SCORE WILL BE COMBINED AND YOU WILL BE PUT ON A LIST. AS WORK COMES AVALIABLE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO BE AN APPRENTICE.
AS AN APPRENTICE YOU WILL WORK DURING THE DAY AND ATTEND CLASSES IN THE EVENING.

-WELDING CERTIFICATION
-RIGGING/CRANE AND SIGNALING
-UNBONDED POST-TENSIONING
-SCAFFOLD (USER/DISMANTLER)

Sequence of courses by year

A school year consists of 40 weeks of training, that begins the last week of August and ends in June (10 months). School is closed for 2 weeks during Christmas and New Year holidays. Students attend class in the evenings, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 9 p.m., depending on the course. Students attend a minimum of 2 evenings per week.
